The need for a strong third party has never been greater. Despite taking an oatch to protect the US Constitution, each successive President has worked closely wtih their party's national committee to define the political agenda.
By doing so, the executive branch can leverage the party to force concensus within the House; thereby, threatening the separation of powers necessary for the welfare of our nation. With the Republican retoric around judicial activism, the Presidency is encroachinng on the last check and uncertain balance remaining.
It is time for every citizen to focus on the governance of our nation; rather than involving ourselves around polorizing issues. Choose a party that will reestablish the balances presumed fundamental by our Founding Fathers to secure our liberties.
